SHELLFISH FARM

The oyster farmers raise their shells: oysters, mussels, clams and even imperial shrimps on the banks of the grau, in the oyster center.

12 months a year, the oyster farmers welcome you to their mas for a tasting of the famous "Cap Leucate", the hollow oyster with fine flesh and nutty taste, accompanied by a glass of local wine!

The Oyster Center is open every day of the year, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
